I have a problem whose solution i couldn’t find, so i decided to put on my question.

I had a backlog in B tech ECE(2004 – 2008), but i was working as a graphic designer from 2 years. Recently i got married and my husband he got H1B visa in USA and wants to settle there..

He wants to take me on student visa.. I didn’t tell him the truth.. Can i study with backlogs.

I was interested in designing.. Can I get courses on designing.

Need help for F2 visa interview
hi everyone,

recently i got married and planning to go US to stay with my wife(doing masters in US, holds a valid f1 visa) for 4-5 months by taking a long leave.

I was rejected twice f1 visa in the year 2005, can you please suggest is this gonna be any issue for f2 interview.
But right now i have good profile, working for a reputated IT mnc for more than 4 yrs and I am showing my own funds and property documents for finanical assistance and leave approval letter.

Are these documents are fair enough to get a visa and what type of interview questions can i expect from VO.

Thanks in advance
Srinu
