Student Visa (F1, F2, M1, M2)

i applied the unversities withich require only toefl but i writerngre also shal i got only 830 shal i say this score or not?

my visa got rejectd in jst a min. at hyd consulate..just day before yestrday.
,i was standing near d countr dere wr 3 ppl standng before me,2 for vsintng visas VO gav dem visas,i was jst shockd by seeing d VO talking in telugu wth dem,n othr f1 visa he dint even ask him a single quesn i dunno wheatr he gor visa r not n den my turn came…..

as i got very less score in gre around 650 i told my univ. doesnt require gre…

can anyone help me through dis quesn…

Appointment : 9:00 am 15th june 2011

8:00-8:40 There is heavy crowd so had to stand out of the council for 40min
8:40-8:50 went in for checking,and got the docs stapled
8:50-9:00 docs(sevis i20 signed,passport,hdfc receipt,interview letter,ceac conf letter) are checked and had to go for another photo
9:00-9:15 got in to the line for finger prints
9:15-11:00 waiting for the token number to be called out. there were 4 series C,A,E and F.C,A,E were being called individually whereas F series is being called as a bunch of 10 at a time (once in every 45 min)
11:00-11:07

I got f1 visa rejected in Dec'10 with 214(b) paper at that time i did not mentioned my immediate uncle's name in Ds160 form who lives in usa and has citizenship. I told viza officer i do not have any immediate relative in USA.
 Now i am applying for the second time in june'11, do i have to mention his name? i am confused!!!

I already have a F1 VISA valid till 2013.I came back to India after completing my Master's .I have been working for 2 years in India.Now i want to go back to USA on F1. But i dont have my previous university graduation papers as i dint pay back the whole fee.I just have a unofficial transcript with all information of grades present in it.What do u suggest.Should i tell the visa officer that i was unable to complete masters and came back to India in middle because of some personal family issues..and now that my university i m stable i want to pursue my master's again???????what do u guys suggest.....

It does not matter if you were born outside Iran.even with british passport when you apply for visa you will be subjected to adminstrative processing for 4 to 18 months. Americans hate Iranian ,which is sad.They use every possible means to torture Iranians and this is all because of Iranian government,but why ordinary people?Is it time for Iranians to move to their country or other countries like England. what ever they say about british ,you never get similar treatment when applyig for visa.

I have been on a F-1 visa in the US for the last 2 years. At the end of last semester i didn't meet the 12 unit international student requirement, so I was informed by my college that my F-1 status will be revoked. A week before that notification I have lost my passport and I reported it to the police, so I waited in the country until I got my new passport. I wrongly believed that with this police report I could stay in the country legally. Now, when I went to apply again for a F-1 visa here in Taipei, my visa was rejected on the grounds of overstaying. I presented all relevant documentation during my interview but to not avail
Do I have any possibility of a reconsideration of my case if I reapply? How long should I wait to present a new application?
Thank you for any suggestion. I really want to complete my studies.

Still confused which one I need, going to go study for a semester at college in the US, not going to complete my degree there just study abroad for a bit, planning on traveling for a month after, can anyone help?
