My dad is travelling alone on the 25th from Mumbai (BOM) airport and speaks Hindi and very limited English. He is 85 years old and I have requested wheelchair assistance for him. He will need help at the Dallas Airport on his American Airlines flight # 51 from London to Dallas for filling his forms, helping with Immigration and also connection to the next flight to Orange County, California.
