USA Visa Stamping at Ciudad Juarez, Mexico
Getting There
El Paso, Texas is the closest airport when going to Ciudad Juarez.

You can either get everything done yourself or you can take some help from agents like Victor Garcia. He can assist you with getting a Mexico permit, getting the bank draft for attending the interview, crossing the border from El Paso to Ciudad Juarez, and getting a ride back from Ciudad Juarez to El Paso. Of course, he will charge you a fee for his services. If you plan to hire Victor Garcia, you will be picked up from the EconoLodge near the airport at 7:45 AM. (This timing may change. We recommend you check with him before planning your day.) EconoLodge is quite a cheap hotel and most of the candidates stay in that hotel as Victor gives you a ride from there early in the morning.
(Disclaimer: We are not associated with them in any way and we don't endorse their services. This link is provided only for informational purposes. As always, you assume all liability when working with them.)

If you don't plan to hire someone like Victor, you will have to get the Mexico permit by yourself and get the demand draft from Banamex near the consulate. You can't get a Mexico permit or bank draft on weekends and so you have to plan your appointment accordingly.

You can either rent a car from the El Paso airport and park near the border or you can take a cab to the border.
