Customer Care : Worst Service
Citibank Customer Care Service is one of the worst service ever seen till now. No wonder it's losing out to ICICI heavily.

When I joined my Organization, I had to fill up Citibank Details for Corporate Account Opening. Unfortunately the Company address mentioned in the slip has become invalid owing to which I called up Citibank Customer Care.

The Customer Care officer was very much friendly and told me that even though my kit (ATM Card, etc) has gone back to Madras due to the wrong address posted, yet i can come to the Branch after five days and collect the same since he has already intimated Madras Branch to post it back to Bangalore. He also gave me a reference number based on which i could confirm and visit the branch to collect my kit.

But when i called up the Branch after four days,
another Customer Care officer came up with the same story that i should write a letter giving my new address and only then the kit will be posted back to me at my address.
I got pissed off and told him that if this was the case , I could have been clearly informed regarding the same four days back. Now i have to wait for my kit to withdraw my salary from the Bank. He also told me that since I had spoken to some other person in the Customer Care division, he was not responsible for this misinformation.

Honestly speaking from the bottom of my heart, this is the shittiest service I have seen from the world's leading Retail Bank.
I will never keep a single rupee in my Citibank Account from now onwards.

My experience transferring money to India
The experience was painful enough that I went to the bother of writing a review. You can find it at http://dishdash.blogspot.com

www.remit2india.com AssHxxxS
Yes, www.remit2india.com r truly corrupt. I wish I should have read this before. I was assured delivery to India in 2 days....Guess what, its been past 6 days...no demand draf at destination yet. Besides that, they call my Home in India everyday to set a delivery time..But never turn up...So be warned of your folks of this unprofessional behaviour..I too was offered a code for free delivery, but then was charged their transaction fee...No replies to my transaction fee yet....Watch out before using www.remit2india.com

NEVER EVER,EVER USE REMIT2India
I transferred money to my family via Remit2India two weeks ago, and the money hasn't reached them yet. Their customer service is really really poor, which is even more frustrating.

They promised me a few things and just plainly refused, even after I showed them previous chat transcripts. These guys are FRAUDS.

My advice to everyone is to REALLY stay away from Remit2India. I am planning to make a complaint to the RBI about this. If anyone wants to join me, please e-mail me, becuase we need to tech these companies a lesson.
