yes i contacted consulate thru pramit and they said the address verification has to happen and only then they will issue the passport :)

yes.. u need to get either cashier check or money order and send it in the same envelop where you send all the documents

also its just so frustrating that when they have adhar which has every damn information, why are they still stuck with this old way of police ve...
