H1B, H4 Visa

Hi all,
I had my H1b Stamping successfully done in Matamores recently.Thanks to M.A.S. it went smoothly.I'm not a person who recommends people easily but these guys requires special recognision.Tony and his family are grt.They are patient to answer all our queries and also took care of us during the whole trip.The best part was this incident...As you all know that we go at 6.30 to mexico and while entering in the US we have atleast 4-5hr wait for I-94.We all were tired,stressed out,dizzy,hungry...you name it everything and then it happened..tony like an angel bought us pizza's and we eat them like we haven't eaten in days.This small thing that tony did bought over this overwhelming appreciation for the man and hence i'm here writing down about him.If your planning to go to metomoros for ur stamping then M.A.S would be a great option to consider.Thanks to TONY and Family

This is ravi from pune.Actually wheni was file my h1b,at the time i worked as a s/w engineer in hyderabad based company.From April onwards i have been working in pune.In approval i got that H1b chennai.

  I want to attend mumbai consulte in dec end because i have been workng in pue last 8 months.Recently Mumbai consulate so many persons get Query and some of them redirected to chennai(VO Told that u r uner chennai region).

I want suggestion which consulate i want to attend for visa.

 Plz give suggestion ASAP.

I have an appointment in the morning 8:00 same like you in nogales,mexico.
But bank opens at 9:00 clock, so will it a problem if i go late to
consulate after my appointment time like around 9:30.

I have booked my slot in end of dec.
I would like to know what is the last date for editing the DS forms .When will be the vfs site disable us from editing the forms.I heard from my employer that we can edit till the last 4 days of ur appointment.

I am srilatha. I went to Chennai on nov15. I was issued by 221 g blue. He ticked all the docs from petitioner side…..if I drop the all doc (what ever he ticked)when they will responding… with in one week, two weeks… or months or years…… anybody in this situation.. I told with my employer/// may be he will send all the doc in Dec first week…
If drop second week of December … is there any chances to get visa before new year.. I mean at least January ending… can anybody let me know the details about 221g blue and time duration…..

I had undergone my interview at chennai consulate.All my petitioner wage reports and financial documents were taken by the officer.He said we need to check these documents and will contact you in few days.This checking means will they check in chennai itself or will they send to USCIS.Please let me know.He has issued 221 (g) blue form with the option additional administrative processing required ticked. How can i track the status.B'coz the online we can only track pink 221 (g) status and not blue one.

Hi All,

      My slot is at 9.15 AM. I have reached consulate by 8 AM. First there will be a long queue is there outside the consulate. It took around 1 hour to get into consulate. Next one simple security check was there where the security people will check for electronic goods and other cieled covers. Next there was another counter where documnet verification was there. By seeing counters i thought that is only final interview place. But it was a counter where some indian employees will be sitting and arrange the docs and will put them in a small folder. Nest there will be another queue where we need to wait to enter into main building where visa interviews will be taking. There i had wait for 45 min. Next after entering in to main building there will be counters which will be railway ticket counters. First two counters they will take finger prints and then they will ask us to stand in a queue. In that queue it took 3 hours for me to reach VO.

Finally my interview started.....

Vo is an American guy.

Me:Hai
Vo:Hai, how r u
Me:I am fine, how abt u
Vo:Fine
Vo:What is your educational qualification
Me:Sorry (I didn't understand his accent)
Vo:Repated the question
Me:Sorry i didn't get you
Vo:Repeated the question again
Me:Batchlor of Technology in Computer scince
Vo:He checked the system for some time
Vo:Can i see your degree cetificate
Me:Given the same
Vo:He checked the certificate
Vo:Are you going to work in an Inhouse project
Me:Yes
Vo:what is the name of that progect
Me:Told the name of the project

Finally golden words... happiest moments in life..

Vo:I am issuing your visa, you will get it through courier with in one wk...

Me:Thanl you.

Every will be telling be confident. You should be confident in such a way that you will get visa at any cost...

So be happy, feel free, pray god and attend the interview, sure you will get the visa.

 i got 221 (g) blue form from chennai . I need some infrmation from u r side .

i have attended the interview on 27 th nov and the vo issued me 221 g blue form .
in that he is ticked in petioner columns that

1)A notarized list of all the petitioner's employees for each location.The list should show all employees' names,their specific job titles,start dates, end dates, and their individual salaries and immigration status.

2)he mentioned that no passport to drop .

3)he kept all the documents with them ( I 797, I 129 , LCA , company tax douments , quartely wage reports of 2007 , ds156, ds 157 )

i cant understand why he kept all these .
plz any one suggest what is going on

VO: Show degree certificate.
Me: Shown.
VO: What did you do in previous job
Me: Resopnded in few words.
VO: Client/In house
Me: Client
VO: Where is client
Me: Mentioned location.
Paused for 2-3 mins
VO: Your Visa is granted, You will get passport in few days.

Passport was not ready same day. Got passport in 2 days.
