L1, L2 Visa

My husband is on L-1 and filed i-485 already. I received my EAD card right before my F-1 expired (2 years ago). I filed my I-485 the same time as my husband, it is in pending. Now I am holding only EAD without any kind of visas and currently working in an US company.

QUESTION 1) ----- Is it necessary to apply for L-2 visa to mantain my legal status? (Am I illegal now cuz I have no visas only EAD card)?

EAD card has to be renewed every year. My first EAD card expired on Sept. 2004, I late renewal the 2nd one, received it about 2 months late (Dec. 2004). But I was still working at the company during Sept-Dec. without EAD.

QUESTION 2) ----- Was I illegal working during that 2 months (according to above situation)?

I applied to work permit on May 20, 2005. I received a notification of recipient on June 13th and make an appointment for biometric for June 25. I would like to know how long is taking for this process, and approximately when am I going to receive the permit. Is it taking less than before or the same?? thanks!

my usa visa has expired and i m here on i-94 ,on medical grounds i need to GO to canada(very urgent) and have valid visa,heres my question can i enter back in usa?or have to go to india for restamping?

It is not enough to have just the title of the position that indicates manager/executive position, duties also should be accordingly performed.

Please note:
L1-A – Manager needs to manage staff in US office, only then he/she is a manager.
So in the first year of operation the Co. should have staff.

8 years of experience in test equipment, calibrations.
Automotive Experience.
Mobile Phone Technologies experience.
Spanish / English Languages.

Specify new/rare Technologies you know.

Do not specify just C/C++/Java etc in resume, Start with rare/new technologies.

If you know any technology that is specific/proprietary to your company, you enter it first.
