Yes it is North Dallas. PD : 03/15. I contacted the ombudsman to get the biometrics scheduled.
I just got my notice today 8/18 for 8/31.
Try contacting the Ombudsman- https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance They were able to get me scheduled for my biometrics.
