How to successfully Expedite EAD
Hi All,
I have been unable to expedite my EAD with my congressman or ombudsman due to not meeting the criteria. My EAD expired this feb and my position has been suspended but my employer is still waiting; my spouse also lost their job due to the pandemic. To anyone who successful expedited, what documents did you provide and how did you go about it?
