You can file I-485 and I-140 concurrently if your PERM has already been approved. My lawyers took care of everything so I would assume they know...

They updated it on the 11th already.
They updated the processing times today. It's now says as of November 30, 2016, they are processing cases filed on May 2, 2016. So guessing ...
