nature12 when was your Fingerprint done and when is Interview scheduled?

I am not getting FS but my kids who are citizenship. Finger print was done almost 5 month ago and still I did not hear anything about Interview

In this case (delay in Interview, using Federal Facilities and poor credit score), attorney will be more helpful?
