Received RFE for medical in Feb 2018 . No update since March 2018 . Anyone with similar time frame ?

Depends on nationality. Priority date is till Jan 2016 , for Indians, according to latest visa bulletin

Priority date July 2015... non concurrent application. AOS applied in Jan 2017
