Missed ASC Appointment
Hi,
This is in regard to USCIS Appointment Notification I missed to receive on time, I actually
received it in mail on Sept 20, 2021 for Appointment 09/09/2021.

During the time when the letter was mailed, I was with my in-law's family in california and
returned back to my home on Sept 19, 2021 because of which I failed to receive the
appointment notification on time and missed my appointment.

During that time I was continuously monitoring my online status of my case and online it still
shows as “June 24, 2021 Response To USCIS's Request For Evidence Was Received”
and not updated regarding next step, I have also sent my neighbor to check the mail but till
that time mail was not there.

what can be done at this time? Are they going to consider my request abandoned or denied?

Bring form i864 at interview.
I received my interview notice and it is mentioned that i need to bring (if required a completed form i-864, affidavit(s) of support, with all required evidence (unless already submitted).
I’ve submitted the form i-864 from my joint sponsor. Do i have to take the form and supporting evidence again at my interview to be on safe side or I should not worry if it’s already submitted.
Thanks

Going thru a divorce 2 years after interview without a green card
I had my first interview in February 2019, we were separated and we didn't miss out any questions. Not even one. We had second interview in august 2020, it was centred on our joint sponsor . I don't know what issue they have but we were separated again and we didn't miss any questions . We got a print out and our answers are exactly the same . They have tons of evidence from the day we met. It's been almost 2 years now of PD, 2 interviews , 2 congressional enquires, 2 service request , I only get the same generic response l.

My wife and i are going through a lot of issues and she relocated to a different state, we got separated this year in April and I filed for divorce in July. I have the transcript from the divorce, and I have 28 days to sign and finalize the divorce. I intend to start my life over , I refuse to stay in an unhappy abusive marriage because I want to hang in there for a stupid greencard. And no, I don't keep any evidence so I can't even file for vawa. How long should I wait after the divorce get finalize before getting married again . And will I need to withdraw this case or just file a new one when I am ready next year .
