Hi Nitesh... did you apply for L1A blanket or Individual ...yellow slip is just for validation and you will get the approval soon.

There will be petition number and dates for blanket aswell but it will be on your company Name.

there is no premium for L1 Blanket as we don't file the petetition and you directly go for interview . if they have files with USCIS its ind...
