Hi Friends,
I attended my L1A visa interview on 29th Aug 2019. CO has asked me below questions and handed over yellow slip for 221 (g). Also reject my B1/B2 USA Visa.
1- Why you travel so long on B1/B2 with multiple visit. ( I travel 3 times to USA for duration like 3 months, 3 months and 1 month)
2- where you will be working in USA
3- who is your reporting manager
4-how many people report to you in India office
After these questions, she reject my b1/b2 visa and handed over yellow slip for 221 (g) act.
Can you please suggest next step here. Thanks!
