Submitted RFE for medical on 20th Oct..no update since then...any Denver filer in same boat ....AOS sent Mid June

Just curious to know how long it takes after replying medical RFE. Any similar experience in last few months..what to expect next?

it will take time ...just keep patience ...holiday season is also delaying stuffs

check with Attorney ....there is process to get it corrected but it may take some time

what did they mess up ....have they swapped month and day or its completely different from what you put in form?

yes you may not have interview....it takes around 2 months from the day they receive ..it can be more also ..mine was around two months .. I jus...

Congrats ..mine is employment based ...hoping to get it soon.
