My GC journey is over now ..sharing my experience to help others. here is my time lines
I-485 applied - June 18th employment based
Bio - 28th August
medical - 18th Oct
New card being produced -10th Dec
Case approved - 11th Dec
Card mailed to you 16th Dec
no update in status after 16th - Called USCIS at 6:00 am MST and got tracking number on 24th Dec. Was tracking thru USPS for around 15+ days, it was delayed due to holidays and finally delivered.
