Green card
Hi all, currently I am on L1 A in USA and my visa max out date is February 12. My employer will extend my visa for 5 more months for the time I spend outside USA in my L1 A tenure. My employer is starting my GC process in January 2022. My question s are
1) Is it ok that I submit my paperwork for I 140 and go outside USA.. will the process be continued or it will stop?
2) how much time it usually takes for I140 approval?
3) Can I apply for I140 and I 485 together for EB1 C category?

WWICS is a Fraud
I have been an unfortunate culprit to WWICS , Delhi . They will give you in writing that your profile matches and will ask for money i.e around Rs.1.5 lacs, Then there will be no communication from them, how convenient.
I dont kno were should u go, but never goto WWICS.
