IO was straight to the point. Asked how we met, when we got married,if we had a reception.
Just like a normal conversation. My minor daughter was with me because she was getting her visa adjusted too.
After 20 minutes(the whole interview took 20 minutes),IO said,I-130 approved and stamps the I-130, now that this is approved,I can approve your I-485.
Proceeds to stamp I-485. "Congratulations! Now you are legal permanent residents of the USA"
You have to come back after 2 years to apply for a removal of restrictions,as long as you are still married to your husband.
You can start this process 3 months before the said 2 years.
And in 2 years and 9 months, you can apply for a US citizenship.
Your green card will arrive in 2 weeks.
