My L1 A Individual Visa extension has denied by USCIS. Don't know the reason yet. How soon can I file for a fresh visa again. Please guide if someone has experience. Thanks.

You can file immediately if you can overcome the reason for denial.

I appreciate your response. Can I again go for L1 A individual or blanket or can complain against the USCIS appeal?

Individual in Premium would make more sense. However, ensure that previous denial reason has been taken care of.

Hi Amarkeshari
Is this your first extension?
How many years did you get initially in I94 (not the passport stamp)

I-94 was for 22 months both PED approved for 3 years (starting from initial day of filling). I completed 22 months in visa and 8 months waiting for decision from USCIS.
