"Card Was Picked Up By The USPS" on 10/18/2019
-Received I-797 approval notice in the mail on 10/18/2019
"Card Was Delivered To Me By the USPS" on 10/19/2019
-Received the card in the mail on 10/19/2019
I found the USCIS App very useful. Status change notifications pop up on the phone, didn't have to go on the website and check the status updates!
