Some people have been asking about my timeline so here it is:
I'm on a currently valid H1B (on my 2nd year).
I dont have a EAD combo card. I didnt even apply for AP.
PD: May 2, 2019
PERM approved: July 30, 2019

was told by the lawyer that "On July 16 the USCIS has hit green card quota... will file your permanent residency on Oct 1, 2019 once the new quota for green cards are released."

Biometric fingerprint notice: Oct 29, 2019
