AC-21 L1 while pending AOS
Hi,
Does anyone has experience in porting to another job via AC-21 rule?
How easy / difficult it was to find similar job in IT via AC-21?
I guess a lot of HR simply skipping candidate as soon as they realize that candidate doesn’t have gc card??
I-140 approved > 180 days, same for I-485 AOS.
I have no H1 visa, only L1.
