I have 2 years of exp. in IT industry.
My visa got approved today on 28th dec.
everything mentioned in this post helped me allot.
For L1 they check for your specialized skills,
Questions asked to me was-
1.have your travelled to US before.
i said no.
2.will you be working for any client.
I said yes for xxxx client
3.how long you have been working for xxxx company
I said 25 months.
4.before that where were you working.
I said i was pursuing B.E
5.what will be your job responsibilities
mentioned as it was mentioned in the petition
6.what does your tool actually do.
7.with whom you will be working in US
With my client manager.
8.who else from your company will be working with you.
no one
9.again asked what are your specialized skills
then she said your Visa is approved. :) :)
they only check if the skills mentioned by you are specialized or not.She was looking into the system conti.
