Hi guys,
Thanks a lot for who all have posted their experieces. Its really worthful. Today I went with my wife and son for L-1B and L2. 2 months back, my Blanket L-1B got rejected and hence we filed individual thru premium processing. VO did not ask me any questions. She asked me
1. Did u apply earlier on Blanket?
I said Yes
2. What are you going to do in USA?
I will be working for my xxxx wherein I will eb involved in testing activities.
She later talked with my son who is just 5.5 months old and said that she is approving our visa. Before my interview, the same VO was interviewing a candidate for L-1B and posed "what is your specialization?" which is quite common question for L-1B applicants. But the candidate replied saying that "I will be using Java, Oracle and VB". We should not say as such. VO posed the same question thrice and finally said that she is being rejected. So guys, be careful. Say that you will be either implementing your companies properitary tools or methods. All the best for you all.
