I went for the first time to US embassy , this site helped me a lot so I came back with my experience

Me: Officer Im going to join Internal Business meeting w.r.t a new client which we signed this year , these meetings were arranged by YYYY US , regarding YYYY project to understand and learn better .
(my company and client are real big they are gaints in their industries)
VO : YYYY as in they do bbb manufacturing right ??
Me : Exactly officer.
VO: How many days you are going to stay in US
Me: 5 working days excluding the travel dates officer
VO: which city you are planning to go
Me: **** City Officer ( I prepared city , state & place in city but there I told only city name one word)
VO: Gentleman ummm "your VISA got approved"
Me: Thanks Officer have a good day .
