As part of this trip we plan to achieve two specific things:
* discuss project's future roadmap with stakeholders and higher mgmt present in US.
* brainstorm on how to scale our project so that it can be used by more users simulataneously
The project that my team work is involved in developing a software apps and software infra which is used for sanity check of company products
My current role involves leading and developing a software infra and software apps which is used throughout my company for sanity check its products
company is HQ there, thus the higher mgmt and the stakeholders involved in these meeting are present in US.
we normally do have do have calls and mails and normally this is fine, but currently, there are wide variety of things which are to be discussed, so in favor of time

we have planned our agenda with everything in specific amount of time, so no need to stay back
I have marriage planned this June, so I am kind of busy making arrangements for it. So, could not get much time to check out places.
Unlike others, I have been present from the very start of project and with my experience I'll be able to provide valuable inputs for project betterment
according to the agenda planned we will be discussing wide variety of things. It would take us 2 weeks to discuss all of these topics
Once we have fixated on our future roadmap, I along with my team can make our project better for our users
works towards achieving the future roadmap that was decided in the meeting
recently, the number of user using our proj have increased due to which our projects has not been functioning up to the mark, so scale the projcet
I am about to get married have a permanent job and I simply cannot live without my family
I will be marrying this June with my fiance
