Business Visa - B1

Hello Everyone.

A Big Thanks to this forum. I appeared Visa Interview today(22nd April 2016). I was bit nervous coz I had around 4 to 5 rounds of mock in my company.

But then I found this immihelp forum and got relaxed and got confidence by reading all experiences.

So thought to share my experience too, It might help someone.

My Biometric was yesterday(21st April 2016) went smooth. was scheduled 10:15 AM. but I reached early so biometric done and came out at 10:10 AM :)

Below is my Visa Interview experience.

VO : Give me Passport ( Male around 30-35 age)

Me : Handed over

VO : Have you been to US

me : Yes

VO; he was busy typing couldn't heard properly mumbled something

me : Pardon please

VO : (again) Have you been to US

me : Yes I have been to US

VO : when ?

me : said the year

VO : On which type of visa

me : H1B

VO : what did you do there

me : I worked there

VO : SO you are going again with ZZZ( my previous company name)

me : No. I have changed my Employer.

VO : Who is now

me : Its said the current employer name

Then he asked that question I was waiting for

VO : Why do you want to go now

me : to participate in business meeting and discussion with client.(Exact word from invitation letter)

VO : why you only

me : we are 5 person team, I am the senior most having very good technical expertise in bla bla technologies which is prime requirement this project.

VO : Your Total Yrs Exp.

me : 12 yrs

VO : Are you married.

me : Yes

VO : do you have property here

me : Yes ( said property type)

then heard those golden work " Visa is approved" Have nice time.

me : Thanks you very much.... Left the counter

Suggestion : Just be confident while answering
