I had my visa interview today at 11 AM, Chennai.

VO: GM. How are you sir today?
Me: GM. I’m doing good. Thanks, how are you?

VO: I’m great. Passport please..
Me: Yes (Given)

VO: You are working for YYYY company?
Me: Yes.

VO: How long you have been working with this company?
Me: XX yrs.

VO: What is the purpose of your visit?
Me: Business meetings. (Explained in detail)

VO: OK. Are you going to gather requirements? or discuss requirements?
Me: Discuss requirements (Say the fact. Also, don’t tell that you are going to work/gather requirements etc.,,)

VO: Have you been to other countries?
Me: Yes

VO: What are the countries?
Me: 1 and 2..

VO: Time duration of your stay?
Me: 1 week

VO: Your VISA approved sir. Thank you. Have a great time.

Me: Thank you.
