here are my experience of the visa interview , i had on the 26th of april at 10 am US Embassy , Mumbai

Me: good morning m'am.
vo: not reply

Vo: aks for passport
Me: i hand over to her

Vo: what ur company name?
Me: xxx

Vo: why u want to go usa?
Me: to attedn YYYY exhibition to study it market and for our developed product.

Vo: what is cost of ur trip ?
Me: said with amount.

Vo: who sponsor this trip for you?
Me: my compnay .

Vo: do any body traveling with you from u compnay ?
Me: no

Vo: do your family traveling with you?
Me: no

Vo: do you have kid?
Me: yes, six year old

Vo: why you choose this exhibition ?
Me: this is largest ever exhibition and we get opportunity to meet huge number of industry - leader, manufactures to expand out business

Vo: why you choose usa for business expansion ?
Me: again explain

Vo: what is you annual income ?
Me: xxx Rs per annum

then for 40-50 second long pause , she was wrtting on her computer scree, i was scared and sweating in chilled office and finally she return me my passport
and gave 214b.

i think following reason may be for rejection
1. this is summer time so visa applicaiton too much than normally
2. its depends on thier mood,
