Hello All,
My B1/B2 visa interview has been scheduled next week. My Visa was rejected on 16th Sep 2014 and reason was sahred with me section 214(b).
I want to understand the reason of denial can someone help me here.
Counselor asked me few question and i had made mistake sharing below.
Q1. Have you traveled anywhere else apart from Indian?
Ans. No
Q2. In which company you are working?
Ans. XYZ
Q3. What is your purpose of Visit?
Ans. Business meeting
Q4. Since how long you are working for your company?
Ans. 7 months
Q5. Where you were working earlier?
Ans. said wrong name. I had mentioned XYZ company name in DS160 form and said ABC. this was the mistake i had made as per my knowledge.
Q6. What is your highest qualification?
Ans. B.Tech Computer engineering
Q7. When you have completed your highest qualification?
Ans. In 2010
Q8. From where you did your highest qualification?
Ans. Correct answer
Q9. Since how long you are working for your company? (again repeated same question)
Ans. 7 months
Is this the reason i should mentioned and justify in DS160 form and in interview at the time of re applying.
