Today(March 16, 2010) I attended interview in Chennai US consulate. My L1 visa got rejected. Please find the attached blue slip details.
Interview Details:
The interviewer went through my petition for about 15 to 20 seconds
Following are the questions asked :
1. Reason for my travel?
2. Who is the client?
3. Where will I work and client location?
4. My Role in the US?
5. Why I was selected for EMC India compare to others?
6. Who will be the supervisor?
7. Will supervisor stay in client place or EMC office?
After answering the above questions, Interviewer gave me the blue slip says "our blanket L-1 is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I) (ii) (D) and INA 101(a)15(L)"
What should I do now ?
