blue slip document for L1
Hi,
I have attended L1 interview at chennai on August 13.
VO asked couple of questions and he give me blue slip stating that visa is not clearly approved under section 8 CFR. he asked me to show this to company HR.
Can some body please help me what does this blue slip means. is it rejection or pending. if pending how long will it take. whether can we proceed with this Visa or do we need need apply a new visa. Please help me.
Here are the VO asked me.
1) How long you are with present company and what is total exp.
2) what is your specialized skills
3) what are you going to do.
4) Are you going to any customer or company.
for the last question I said, I wll be working for my parent company not to any customer. But during go-live phases, I might need present at customer locations. that is what written in my cover letter. He was looking at this point in my cover letter and checking in his computer and finally he gave me this blue slip and asked me to show it HR.
Dont what was the problem. Can somebody help us what should i do next.
