Case Transferred (EB4 ROW) | Anyone Else Have This?
Hi All!
Case received on August 4th, fingerprint fee received August 14th. Didn't get the biometric appointment notice yet. (28 Days)
Today got an alert on all 3 forms (I485, I765, I131) that my case has been transferred and a new office now has jurisdiction.
Does anyone know what this means? Any thoughts / experience in the timeline after a transfer?
Any insight would be appreciated.
