Citibank Money transfer is a rip off
I have received horrible exchange rates from citibank while sending money to India. At first i though it was the ACH transfer which takes 5-7days that gives them the opportunity to decide the lowest rate for those days so i sent out a wire which went within 1 day and i still got about 1.05 ruppe less than the exhange rate for that day. Trying to speak/argue with their representatives is like speaking to a dummy. It doesnt help.
