cleared my L1B interview
Hi Guys,
First of all, a huge THANKS for all of you who had contributed to this site. It was so so so helpful for me in gettnig mentally ready for the interview.
I had my L1B interview some hours back(09:00 AM ,17th April)
Find below the questions that were asked to me:
Q: How long have you been working on this company?
A: 3 years and 5 months
Q: Why are you going to U.S ?( Basically the Purpose of visit)
A:Based on the contractual agreement drawn between ZZZ(My company) and YYY (Client), i will be working on behalf of YYYY to perform(bla..bla...bla..).
I also added at the end of my answer that I am going to replace one of the TCS associates who is working at onsite currently( In my case,it was true,but i do not recommend anyone using this line unless and until it is valid in your scenario)
Then, all of a sudden, hesigned the photocopies of my petition and gave it to me and then came out the million dollar sentence "Your Visa is approved and it will be mailed to your office with a week"
Note: There is absolutely nothing to panic in this.try to distract yourself before you take the inetrview. TV's inside the consulate will be runnign some news channel.. just look at it and try not to listen up to other's inetrview details. you will be good. All the very best.:-)
