Decision Letter
Hi, last Thursday, I got two letters from USCIS in my mail stating that I had become permanent resident but the top Left corner of each letter specified I-765 for one and for the the other one I-131(I haven’t received them either, the case status update shows “fee were waived” for both). My I-140 got approved in January, my I-485 is still pending (case status update shows that the case was transferred and another office has jurisdiction since Feb, 4th). I got my biometrics by end of January. So I’m basically waiting on the Interview.

I’ve seen some of you and articles saying that some interviews have been waived. Do you guys think this is my case as well? The letters I got clearly said I had become resident and they actually welcomed and congratulated me and mentioned that I should be receiving the card soon.

My attorneys haven’t received any notice from USCIS and this is what it gets me thinking.

Let me know if you guys have run into the same situation.
