Dependent visa for L1A petition
My husbands visa is expired. However his I94 is valid until dec 2014. He has filed for L1A and will get his approved petition papers soon. He plans to travel outside the US only on Dec 2014(I94 expiration date). I want to join him in the US as soon as possible as a dependent. What are my options. Please suggest.
