Different receipt numbers!

I have applied for AOS under EB1C ROW since July 2020 with a receipt number MSC20xxxxx. On 10/27, I received an RFE for supplement J which I responded to on 11/16. The receipt number I got upon RFE acknowledgement went by MSC21xxxxxx. Does this mean my application has shifted to a new fiscal year?
Moreover, the uscis app read RFIE on 10/27 but the letter I received was titled RFE. Similarly, upon receiving the RFE response the uscis app status read RFE response received. I wonder why it was stated as RFIE initially and does it have any bearing on the processing time.
I'd appreciate any comments.Thanks
