ead confusion
If I apply for i765 based on my pending AOS , and I receive it and I use it , will I be out of my L2 Status , considering L1 has never used the EAD.
My L2 Ead is going to expire on feb 7th , 2019 , L2 expiring 8th May , 2019 .I don't think my husband employer will file L1 extension in premium , so I wont get L2 renewed before Feb 2019 ,but by that time my L2 Ead will be already expired , in such situation can I use my gc ead , if choose to do so will I be out of my L2 status?
