EB-2 ROW Sep Retrogression
First time poster here but wanted to help keep hopes alive as my case was finally approved yesterday. Below are details:
EB-2 ROW
PD - Nov 2017
PERM Approval - Apr 2018
I-485/I-140 (Concurrent) RD - May 2018
Transfer to NBC - June 2018
Biometrics Appt - June 2018
EAD Approval - July 2018
Interview Date - Sep 10, 2018 (Chicago FO)
I-485 Approval Date - Nov 7, 2018 (New card is being produced)
Like many, I was frustrated coz of retrogression. IO said case would transfer to NBC/TSC but never got notice or case update. Also, didnt connect with L2 officer to help raise SR and didn't schedule infopass so not sure how helpful those would have been. Overall, excited and can't wait to have the actual card in hand.
