Processing center: Nebraska
Visa: 01 since Jan 2015
Application: EB1A, self sponsor
Citizenship: France (born in Morocco)
Family: Wife and two kids, all french citizens
Visa number: Current
I140 application: Jan 25th 2017 premium processing
I140 approval: Fev 6th 2017
I485 application: Fev 27th 2017
EDA approval: April 11th
Biometrics done: April 13th
still waiting GC. Given timelines I have seen, I should expect it mid August as it takes 4months after biometrics. I am patient
Question: with EB1A self sponsor, can I change my job with no impact on GC processing. I believe I am not concerned about 180 days period after I485 submission. I plan to create a new business. Do I have to notify USCIS about any change in my employment status? Many thanks for anyone who has knowledge on this particular case legislation
