EB1C - August 2017 Timeline
Hi All,
Been following this for a while.
I'm on EB1C - PD: 8/29/17 (I-140/I-485/I-765) - currently on an L1 - based in NY (Non Indian/Chinese - looks like those locations are regressed - but not sure if that makes a big difference for EB1C)
Current Timeline:
PD: 8/29/17
Bio-metrics Completed: October 2017 (Online status still reads waiting on fee)
EAD Received: January 2018 (AP declined due to traveling so had to recently re-apply)
Have no updates on I-485 or I-140 at all online apart from Case numbers (looks like they are both NSC) and that they sent me the initial letter.
Anyone on a similar track move along anywhere? Seems like a luck of the draw all over from the comments on this page. Date are current but looks like NSC is just way way behind on processing. Just wanted to see if anyone on the same boat had happened to get anything.
