PD date : 01 Oct 2016
Date became current on 1st Jan 2019 .
Got notification New card being produced on 12th Feb
Approval Notice two days later.
Got Notification Card was mailed to me 15th Feb 2019
One more reason for sharing my experience is that i was convicted for Wet reckless driving ( DUI Arrest) in 2011 .
Went to India post that(in 2014)and got visa stamped by declaring the arrest records during Visa stamping going through all necessary evaluations.
During AOS interview also i was asked the same so declared in YES in Yes/No question and submitted all court records as requested by USCIS officer.
Reason for sharing these experience that in case any one in same situation to build confidence and be truthful in your application.
Take proper necessary immigration attorney's advice in case it helps.
