PD : Apr 14 2016 ; Applied 140, 485 , 765, 131 concurrently
May 15 2016 - Got my ead and AP [ bio metrics completed too]
Apr 3 2017 - applied for renewal of EAD and AP [ as they were given for 1 year and was expiring in may 2017]
june 30th - I 140 approved
no news of my 485 or my EAD renewal which is coming close to 90 day.
i heard somewhere that due to Eb1 retrogression, though the 140 might be approved , 485 will only be looked at in Oct 2017. Is it true?
