EB1C ROW - Timeline So Far
Hi all,
First of, thanks for sharing your experiences. I benefit from this group a lot and I also want to share my timeline so far. Here it is:
I am on L1A so I didnt do PERM.
1/31/2019: I-140 submitted
6/21/2019: I-140 approved
10/14/2019: Priority date became current and filed I-485, I-131, I-765
10/18/2019: Receipt Notice
10/21/2019: Notice for Biometric
11/12/2019: Biometric done
since completing biometric, I have not yet received anything yet. I am expecting to receive EAD with Advance Parole as next and maybe notice for interview around the same time if I am lucky.
I will keep you posted as I have new update. Is there anyone else in EB1C ROW category with similar timeline?
