Hi All,
Just sharing my exprience so far and some inputs from others would be greatly appreciated!
EB3 from Malaysia - Nebraska Service Center
I submitted I-140,I-485,I-131 and I-765 together on 8/19/2016.
Biometrics done on 10/06/2016.
I got my EAD on 11/04/2016.
On 3/20/2017 I-140 changed to RFE and 5/08/2017 updated to response to RFE received.
As you see its been almost 10 months since my I-140 submitted but still no approval.
I'm debating should I file for premium processing now.
