Got the update today that card is in the mail, as of 11/30
So just be patient, those affected by retrogression could get their card any day now.

PD, 6/2014
5/21/2018, AOS submission
6/19/2018, Biometric appointment
6/20/2018, case transferred to NBC
8/3/2018, interview scheduled
9/7/2018, interview conducted. No decision due to retrogression
9/12/2018, medical re-submitted
11/30/2018, card mailed.
Finally the 6.5 years journey is completed. A new chapter starts.
Good luck to all those affected by retrogression. Yours should be approved
by Christmas the latest.
