First Visa Intervew-Need feeback on the Purpose
Hi Folks,
I am going to attend my first US B1 visa interview in coming week.
There are lot of rejections happening these days, so thought of getting help from the experienced players.
Could you please review below and let me know you feedback:
I am working as a Senior Developer with 10yrs of experience (and 2yrs in current company); have wife and kid(3mths) and property to take care.
I will be traveling for 2weeks to US to attend a 3days business meeting to discuss on further major enhancements in the project. People from different city in US will be traveling to attend this meeting.
Purpose of Visit:
There is a Business meeting scheduled in the xxJanuary week, which involves discussion on major enhancement in the system we developed and implemented in xxx-xx for project called xxxxxxx. This meeting will be a collaborative meeting with business IT and various distributors/resellers and the key company's stakeholders which are overseeing this project.
What will be your role in the meeting:
As this meeting will involves major further enhancements and also discussion of implementing the solution to other project. I will be there for consulting the technical feasibility of the various options discussed/presented.
Why you cannot do it from India:
As this meeting is full day in US time zone it will be very difficult for me to attend and concentrate/give inputs in the discussions and also I would get a chance to interact with all the key people involved which are working from different locations in US and end users.
Why you were chose:
I am the only one in my team working from YYYY ,India office. There is another guy works from YYYY office and recently joined.
